       China National Standardization Administration Committee No. 8 of 2018 approved the eighth session of the National Rubber Standards Committee of Synthetic Rubber Subcommittee. The secretariat was undertaken by Lanzhou Chemical Research Center of China National Petroleum Corporation. Name, Gong Guangbi as chairman, Peng Jinrui, Li Ying, Zhou Hao as deputy director, Wu Yi as secretary-general, members from rubber and synthetic rubber manufacturers, tires and conveyor belts and other rubber processing enterprises, carbon black production enterprises, synthetic rubber and applications The head of the technical department of the institute, the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center and other technical departments or technical backbones constitute a broad representation.。

       At the meeting, the members of the new committee were awarded the certificate of the committee. The vice chairman of Peng Jinrui made the "Work Report of the 8th Working Committee of the National Rubber Standards Committee of Synthetic Rubber" and the summary of the work of the National Rubber Standards Committee of the Rubber Standards Committee in 2018. And the Work Arrangement in 2019, Secretary-General Wu Yi read out the "Articles of the Eighth National Rubber Standards Synthetic Rubber Subcommittee" and the "Working Rules of the Secretariat of the Eighth National Rubber Standards Synthetic Rubber Subcommittee", and The General Assembly reported on the use of the Secretariat’s work in 2018. The meeting reviewed one industry standard review draft, examined the progress of six industry standards, and demonstrated seven 2019 national standards and industry standards revision project plans.
